Made to order. Every Tessera canvas is printed from your custom design. Because each piece is personalised to your specifications, you do not have a statutory right to cancel simply because you changed your mind once it has been ordered.

If something is wrong
You are always protected if goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, or not fit for purpose. If your canvas arrives damaged, has a clear print defect, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Please inspect your delivery when it arrives and keep the packaging until you are satisfied — this helps if we need to claim for transit damage.
Colour and screen variance
Colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed canvas due to monitors, lighting, and the print process. This is normal for giclée canvas and is not a defect unless the print is clearly wrong compared to your approved design.
