These terms apply when you buy a printed canvas from Raffaele La Brocca trading as Tessera("Tessera"). By completing checkout you agree to them.

What you are buying
A made-to-order stretched canvas print, produced from the design you configure in the Tessera studio. Each order is unique to your images and settings. Prices and sizes are shown before payment and include the canvas as described at checkout.
Ordering and payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds. Tessera will email confirmation and status updates to the address you provide at checkout.
Production and delivery
Canvases are printed and shipped by a fulfilment partner. Your canvas is printed and dispatched within 2 to 3 working days, and most orders arrive within 5 to 9 working days of being placed. These are estimates rather than guaranteed dates; tracking will be shared when available. Risk passes to you on delivery. Shipping is currently offered to addresses in the United Kingdom, as shown at checkout.
Returns and refunds
Because products are personalised, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected. Full details are on our Returns & refunds page.
Your content
You must have the right to use any photos you upload. You grant Tessera a licence to use those images and the generated design solely to produce and fulfil your order. Your images are never sold to third parties.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. Tessera is responsible for loss or damage caused by its breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care, except where unlawful to exclude liability.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute may be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. Nothing here affects the statutory rights of consumers.
