Facets divides the canvas into large angular planes that meet along straight edges, the way light breaks across cut stone. Neighbouring planes take related tones from your palette, so the surface reads as one material seen from different angles rather than a pattern. A restrained accent lands on a few planes towards the edge of the piece.

The most architectural of the five styles. It suits rooms with clean lines and works especially well in a palette with one deep tone and one metallic.
